Jojo's gone

I received an email from my landlord last week with the title - Dog Issue. I froze when I saw that title and clicked to find what I have dreaded to happen one day.

The management sent a letter of complaint to my landlord, stating Muslim neighbours have been complaining about hearing barks, which disturbed the peace at night. I couldn't verify the truth whether Jojo has been making noises secretly at night, and anyway it is beyond the law to keep pets in an apartment.

So, Jojo is now relocated at Wong's house.

I woke up this morning to a noiseless living room and did not have to spend a good 5 minutes, stroking her, which had been my daily morning routine for months.

I so, miss my furry housemate dearly. :(
